Deposits and Fees

Security Deposit: $0 with approved credit (additional monthly fees and deposits may apply if credit is not approved).

Application Fee: $16 per applicant (non-refundable)
Holding Fee: $125 for Studios, $150 for One Bedroom Homes and $175 for Two Bedroom Homes.  This amount will be applied to your move-in costs.
Administrative Fee: $400 at move-in

Pet Policy

At Element 47 by Windsor, we love our furry friends. Pets are welcome (with some breed restrictions) at a maximum weight of 100 lbs, and with a maximum of two pets per apartment.

There is a one-time $500 pet fee and monthly pet rent of $50-$75.
